House / Apartment "Barbera", large and comfortable in the countryside, suitable for a family of 3, with the possibility of adding a baby bed for a child. In the Agriturismo there is also a small restaurant open for dinner. Exclusive swimming pool for guests, very relaxing with a beautiful view. We are 5 km from Neive and 3 from Castagnole Lanze. Possibility of beautiful walks, visits to the cellars around us, excellent shopping at 10 / 15km, a relaxing holiday and excellent food and wine. Comfortable "Barbera" apartment adjacent to our main house but completely independent. In the room there are: a bedroom with a double bed, where it is possible to add a baby bed, with a small bathroom for the night near; the living room with dining table, large sofa and a foldaway bed; the kitchen is complete with the essential equipment for the stay such as oven, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishes; a main bathroom with a washing machine; a private balcony with dining table overlooking our hazelnut fild and Langhe hills. Outside there is a garden where you can relax in the hammocks under the grapevines. The swimming pool is open from 10.00 to 20.00. Minors must always be accompanied by their parents to the pool. During check-in (from 15:00) I will introduce you the house and the surrounding area, I will be present and available at home most of the day and night. I love the tranquility of the countryside, I love walking on the rolling hills that surround my property. we are 3 km from the center of Castagnole and there is no public transport that connects us, so you must have a car that you can park on the property for free. the historic center of Neive, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is 9km away; Barbaresco 12Km; Alba 20km; Asti 20Km; all destinations reachable by car or bicycle. From the airport you have to rent a car or take the train and then the bus to Castagnole Lanze. Subject to our availability, on request, we can come and pick you up. House cleaning and linen change are done after the seventh day. Bath towels for the pool are provided by the house. The swimming pool is used only during the day and minors must be accompanied by careful parental supervision. We have a small restaurant open for dinner and Sunday also for lunch Guests have lots of green space where you can stay and move freely. It is possible with bicycles to follow marked paths, to take peaceful walks in the countryside. Parking is free on site. Centers of interest such as Alba and Asti are 15m away by car; Neive 10m, Alba and Asti 15m, Turin 1h. It is a countryside area with a very beautiful view and where you can enjoy true tranquility. we are at the top of the hill from which you can see the hills of the Langhe, Monferrato and Roero. It is possible to take walks and bike rides without danger. our restaurant is inside the structure, other restaurants are in Castagnole Lanze center, Neive, Alba, etc. reachable by car it is not connected with public transport because we are in the open countryside. You park inside the property. all the roads around are passable by bicycle, car and on foot. It is possible on request to rent bikes or Vespas. From the airport rent a car and take the motorway to Turin / Piacenza. Exit Asti - take the Cuneo exit COSTIGLIOLE- GOVONE, towards CASTAGNOLE We have the restaurant service, in our Agriturismo, open for dinner, by reservation only, with traditional Piedmontese cuisine. I organize Piedmontese cooking lessons in our structure. Upon reservation it is possible to rent electric bikes, mountain bikes, Vespa motorbike, visits to the surrounding wineries. if you needed other service let us know
